How can I apply for Police Clearance Certificate in Dubai?

Police Clearance Certificate (Good Conduct Certificate) is issued by Criminal Investigation Department (CID) of Police. It is required to get Employment Visa in Government and Semi-Government Departments, Banks, Major Companies, to apply for PRO Card and to migrate to European Countries..etc.

+ If you are an expat and planning to leave UAE, it is better to collect if you have plans to migrate to other country.

+ The certificate is not only used for immigration but also for other purposes like starting a job as some employers request for it before hiring. It is also required while moving to another country, during naturalization, education etc.

+ After all, coming back to the city to sort your paperwork can be a huge hassle.

Fee: Dh220 (Typing Charge Extra)
Time: Certificate will be issued within two working days.

+ The applicant must have completed his residence visa in Dubai for minimum 6 months (including past years visa).

+ Certificate will be issued after two days.

+ Validity of Certificate: three months from the date of issue.

+ Former drug or alcohol addicts would not be issued certificates to work for educational establishments as Bus Drivers.

Once inside the app, just click on the 'Good Conduct Certificate' tab and fill in the details like your Emirates ID, Email address, purpose of the certificate etc. Once the details are entered, you will receive a confirmation code on your registered mobile number. On entering the code, you will be directed to Smart Government Payment Screen to complete the payment process.
