Procedure of visa transfer (children) from father to mother or Mother
to Father:
If
father wants to cancel his visa, child's visa can be transferred to
mother's sponsorship if she meets the following conditions:
Mother
shall have a valid
Employment visa
Marriage
Certificate
attested by UAE Embassy in home
country and Ministry of Foreign Affairs in UAE.
Birth
Certificate of child
attested by
UAE Embassy
in home country and Ministry of Foreign Affairs in UAE.
NOC in
Arabic from father to sponsor the child by mother.
Mothers
monthly salary shall be Dh3000 + accommodation or a total of
Dh4000 as per an employment contract approved by the Ministry
of Labour.
University
degree of mother must be
attested from UAE Embassy abroad and
Ministry of Foreign Affairs in UAE and to be translated (legal) into Arabic if
the applicant's profession is other than Nurse, Doctor, Engineer or
Teacher.
Tenancy Contract (accommodation
rental agreement). It has to be attested through
Ejari
online system of Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA).
Bank statement of last three months.
Original Passports of child and mother
Passport Copy of father
STEPS TO FOLLOW
Type Visa Transfer manual form, attach all the documents, sign
by both parents and get initial approval from
Immigration. No need government fee for the initial
approval form. Father's visa cancellation proof must be shown to get
approval for child's visa transfer to mother's sponsorship.
After approval, type visa stamping application and Emirates
ID form, attach initial approval, original passport of child,
Emirates
ID form, passport copy of mother and all above mentioned documents,
sign by the mother on visa application and submit at the Immigration.
Application Fee for
one year: Dh310, Two years: Dh410, Three Years: Dh510
Typing charge extra. New fees effective from 19/01/2015.
Dhs100 to be paid extra for urgent
If the application is
normal, Dh20 to be paid at the immigration for courier delivery
within two days.
If
the sponsor works with Government / Semi-government / Free Zone, three
year visa will be stamped for children.
Son completed 18 years will get one year visa and can be
renewed every year with course continuation certificate from the
concerned college.
